I stayed at the resort for one night and had mixed feelings. On the positive side, the view of Kinabalu Mountain from the room was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, there were quite a few downsides, including no Wi-Fi in the room and some dated facilities. The breakfast was also lacking in variety, which was disappointing.
